Check in was seamless. The staff was more than helpful & accommodating. The room was perfect w/ a great view. This is our second time staying here & we are visiting from the US. We can’t wait to come back again. It is in such great location w/ the mall being across the street, the Naval Base & all the shopping & restaurants. So perfect! I can’t rave about this place enough. Room was clean & plenty of amenities.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was absolutely AMAZING, friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast every morning because I overslept, so I can’t personally review the breakfast. 😊 One thing I truly appreciated was how accommodating the staff was on our final day. Due to a delay with my chauffeur, they were able to extend my stay by an additional two hours, which was incredibly helpful and made our departure much less stressful. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again if needed. A big thank you to the wonderful staff for their excellent hospitality!

Staff is friendly and helpful, and are patient with English speakers. Laundry on site is well kept, you may have to hang dry some clothes in your room. Breakfast is great and caters to both Japanese and western cuisines. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days or more frequent if needed. There is a smoking room on site, be respectful and help keep it clean. Good location for vacation or work.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The rooms are very small by Western standards. This hotel does offer parking. The rooms are clean and there is an eco-friendly option for Cleaning. The distance from the Navy base is OK, but not optimal. However, the hotel is very close to Shiori station.
