"Excellent stay. Our room was very comfortable and quiet in a good location. Many shops and restaurants close by and a quick inexpensive taxi ride to both bus terminals. Local bus stop to the national park was only a 2-3 min walk away. We included the breakfast in our rate and it was very good. Lots of choice and abundant. Staff were helpful and friendly. "Cassia Hotel provided the highest level of satisfaction in every aspect, including its location and service. However, the long wait time during check-in was an issue, and when I booked through Hotels.com with a breakfast-included package, the handling of leftover breakfast coupons was inadequate. I hope these issues can be addressed in the future."

"Beautiful views! We loved our room at the SL Hotel Gangneung as they were spacious, very clean and comfortable and they had amazing views! The buffet breakfast was a big bonus. Overall an excellent stay!"

"We stayed in the Suite terrace and it was a spacious clean lovely room. The only hiccup was that I thought the hotel was on the beach, which it technically was, but it was about a 10 minute walk (3 minute drive) to the portion of the beach that was useable (swimmable, beach parasols, amenities). That part was misleading from the description of the hotel. Other than that, the room was fantastic, and the terrace portion was a nice to have. We didn’t really sit out on it too much. "
