Spacious room and very comfortable. Within 10mins walk to the Shijo dori main shopping area, Teramachi and Nishiki markets maybe 12mins. Lots of bus stops within a short walk An excellent coin laundry just a couple of doors up the street and a seven eleven around the corner.

Lovely room and excellent staff. Breakfast was very poor. Long wait for tables and western breakfast options were limited and hot food was cold.

Small bathroom carpet in room was stained and dirty it was hard to get towels and the location was ok i wouldn’t return especially for the price.
