"Excellent service from start to finish! Although the resort is a bit outdated, it is extremely well-maintained, clean, and has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and attentive, which truly made my stay special. The entertainment was also fantastic. The food exceeded my expectations. The Japanese restaurant was delicious, and the sushi was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive resort. I loved the food truck for quick bites, and being able to order food, including enchiladas, right at the Lazy River was such a nice touch. The french fries were excellent, and the room service was also impressive. The buffalo and barbecue chicken wings from room service were so good that I ordered them more than once! The drinks deserve their own shout-out. This is not your typical all-inclusive with bottom-shelf liquor. The resort has a martini bar, excellent espresso martinis, great dirty martinis, and cocktails that tasted like they were made with quality, medium- to top-shelf liquor. As someone who enjoys Baileys and appreciates a good drink, I was genuinely impressed. My only critiques are that the desserts were a bit underwhelming and the resort could use more maps or signage to help guests navigate the property. There are also quite a few local animals roaming around, including adorable coati-like creatures, but that’s simply part of the natural environment. Overall, I had an amazing and serene experience and would absolutely retur"

"The staff and hotel were so nice and accommodating. It was a beautiful hotel and the restaurants were amazing. The only thing I wish was better was the AC in hotel room. It was not great and we had to ask for a fan. Being from Texas and not having AC is not good. Other than that we had a blast and loved it."

"Great Place for Family and Couples. Amazing food if you are not Indian, they had a restaurant to get indian veggie food everyday for lunch custom made fresh but not many great veggie options in buffet. Staff was excellent and beach is Great as well."

"The room was super clean housekeeping came when I requested within 10 minutes. The mini bar was always fully stopped. The staff was super friendly. They helped show you around and had any questions comments and concerns. They were there to help the outdoor pool was phenomenal. There’s a rooftop pool as well and it was absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend for an adult all-inclusive. I took my friend here for her 30th birthday and I will be coming back. Not to mention all the drinks and all the foods was exceptionally delicious"
