"The staff is great, rooms were clean. The food was okay it could have more flavor. I had to ask to have our mini bar restocked constantly and sometimes they said they would and did not. The lobby bar closes early and they run out of alcohol. The bar servers downstairs are not very nice and seem to not like h to eir job. Other than that place is great but will probably get another all inclusive hotel next time."

"This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel. We had no hot water and when fixed it was still cold. Staff and everyone were very nice and helpful. This is setup to get access to the nice part of the resort you have to pay higher price. The restaurants you have to reserve a place. The food was okay but not great. We will never go back to this place. We were ready to come home on the first day."

"I loved the fact that the children I with had many options to do. A lot of activities and having the waterpark right in front of our room was amazing. The staff were really helpful in making sure our group was in the same building and some of us were side by side or on the same floor. I had an issues with cockroaches in my room and one of the night staff, I believe his name was Oscar, made sure we were moved to another room quickly. He then had us moved again, so we were back facing the pool. I now these things are not in the control and wasn’t mad at the staff for this. Just happy they accommodate my family so quickly. Our new room had no issues at all. Guest services, was great as well, I do forget the gentleman’s name that got me complementary late check out for my inconvenience. This was very helpful since we had small children with us and pick up was in the evening. I absolutely love all the wildlife on the resort. I saw the crocodile, raccoons, coatis, lizards, a deer, and my favourite, the monkeys. The downside for me, was the beach and how rocky it was. Some rocks are so big that the children weren’t able to enjoy it and never wanted to go back in. The staff did a great good at cleaning the sargassum. Even though it made the water look brown and difficult to see where the rocks were. I love the ocean since I don’t live near one. I just wish the rocks weren’t an issue."

"Beautiful property in a great location, conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. The resort felt safe, was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I was somewhat disappointed with the food quality, as it did not meet the standards I remembered from my stay at Riu Palace five years ago. Unfortunately, I became ill during the last few days of my vacation. Overall, my 79-year-old mother and I had a wonderful time. She especially enjoyed the evening entertainment and shows, which made the trip very memorable for her. Thank you for a pleasant stay."

Secrets The Vine Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. This is high rise hotel property not a sprawling complex. So not a lot of walking but not a whole lot to see. The beach was gorgeous but tons of seaweed was all along the coastline (not the properties fault). The water was pretty rough with large waves the 4 days we were there and danger flags were posted. The breakfast in the Market Cafe was a buffet with about anything you could want. We really enjoyed it. The restaurants were good but not great. We ate at the sea salt and it was a grill night buffet lots of grilled meat and seafood selections steak was a little tough and overcooked but overall we enjoyed. We ate at the Italian restaurant and it was pretty good. The only disappointment was the Steak restaurant we accepted a $150 up charge to get a reserved table and time, a bottle of wine and 2 lobster and Steak dinners. The e bottle of wine we selected was excellent!!! Although the food came cold, the steak and lobster overcooked and tough. The waiter didn’t come back to check on us till time for dessert after we had unhappily picked at our food and given up. That was overall the only bad experience. The staff and service was excellent!!!!!!!! Super nice and extraordinarily helpful!!! We went early in the week so there wasn’t much entertainment at night but by Thursday our last night the entertainment and energy level increased. I’d visit again for the cleanliness of the property and the excellent service for the staff!!!"
