"We really enjoyed our stay. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Our check in was quick and efficient, we were probably checked in within 10 minutes of arriving. I can see this taking longer at peak times, but it looked as though there were enough people to keep things moving when it got busy. The food was good, and there was a lot of variety keeping in mind this is all inclusive that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Room was very nice…updated and comfortable. Pool service was excellent where we hung out, Ruby was friendly and checked on us frequently. There was walkable shopping and pharmacies in both directions, be sure to shop around on prices. Couple of things to be prepared for but have nothing to do with the resort or staff: The weather did not cooperate all the time, but staff had things mopped and ready to go quickly. Tons of seaweed while we were there, but still able to get in the water and there seemed to be efforts with tractors to clear some of it daily. Overall we would go back for sure!"

"Many pools, courteous staff, ample beach lounges, entertainment, and a good variety of restaurants were only part of the greatness of our trip. I would be remiss to not mention the great photography team located in one of the gift shops. We had three photo sessions that resulted in advertising quality photos. So much fun."

"The Hyatt Vivid is amazing! The location is perfect, the staff is super friendly, and everything is really well maintained. The food options were great and the entertainment was a blast. Only thing I’d suggest is having an app to make restaurant reservations and see which places are open and their hours—that would make it even easier. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back! "

Juan (Pool Server): Made sure we never went without and kept everything perfect by the pool. Jonathan (Bartender): Hilarious and made our experience at the bar so fun. Jonathan (Entertainment): So sweet and helpful—we really appreciated his warmth. Javier (Preferred Bar): So nice, offered us tequila samples, crafted amazing drinks, and was such a pleasure to talk to. Our stay was blissful. The food was consistently delicious, the drinks were amazing, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the pools and property were so clean and well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"
