I then tried to call the front desk but there is no one to help you once it hits 10 pm. They add gratuity to every meal without your consent. “This condo resort is an an excellent location in Playa del Carmen - right on the beach, beautiful pool and within walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and any issues we had were very quickly addressed by the concierge. Highly recommend this lovely spot!”

“Unit was clean and fully equiped. Pool area and grounds ate meticulously clean. Pools are not heated. Beach seawead was cleaned and removed every morning. Chairs and umbrellas provided and set up for you. Overall excellent accommodations for a family vacation.”
