The activities around the main pool are great throughout the day The best bar is in the lobby The best restaurants Are the steakhouse and the buffet for the food And Italian for the dessert The cappuccino’s are amazing throughout the resort, but if you need to cold cappuccino check out the café The rooms are maintained really well by the staff

I recently stayed at Sensira and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The property was well maintained but looked a little old (needed some touch ups) but overall a lovely property. The food was great. My kids 5 and 8, LOVED IT! A lot of things for kids to do (zip line, waterpark, rock climbing, indoor trampoline park, movie theatre and more) What we liked most was the friendly, attentive staff. They were great and really made the stay welcoming. I would definitely recommend and return.

Amazing , refreshing and everything was on top notch , staff is very friendly and hosting very well , we really love their warm hospitality and also the food for all breakfast , brunch and dinner were fresh and new everyday , they are serving the drinks , snacks whole day and always asking about more and more , their daycare and activities for the kids are very interesting and kids love to involve with them ,we are very satisfied and happy with our stay in Sensira and we are looking to come back soon again 100 percent ! Everything is excellent, very nice.👌 Celean room is very good there refreshing our room every day and filing the refrigerator with fresh water and drinks where they're missing. Staff is very good and polite. Have plenty kids activities,. Loved kids club for my 6 yo daughter. My 13 yo son loves the trivia and karaoke nights. Only think we not liked is the Beach water is smell terrible and to much seaweed. I love that Resort.

What I liked: The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful ocean view. I also enjoyed the fresh omelets at breakfast, and my granddaughter loved having her own bed. What I disliked: The jacuzzi-style tub did not work, the food was disappointing, the entertainment was limited, and the beach had too much seaweed to enjoy. I also noticed inconsistent treatment from some staff members compared with how Spanish-speaking guests were treated, which made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, I would rate my stay 5 out of 10.

Very nice hotel if you are going with kids under 12, they have a lot of activities. The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that we couldn’t go in the water at the beach due to the seaweed .

The resort was amazing the pool was so nice and the view was so beautiful and it has a private beach everything was great and the shows were fantastic the only thing that upset me was when I went to the gift shop my son was looking at the toy candy stand and he left then after few minutes it fell and the one who was there wanted us to pay for the thing that got damaged although we weren’t close to it when it fell thanks God they checked the cameras and found that we were right other wise he would charge us for the damaged toys other than that everything was amazing

Our stay at Sensira was an excellent experience from start to finish! The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The food was delicious with plenty of options, the pools were amazing, and there were so many activities to keep everyone entertained. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, making it easy to relax after a fun-filled day. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and created memories we’ll never forget. I highly recommend this hotel my stay was excellent. Everything was very well organized, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive especially Lupita, Cesar, Gabriela, and Tony (the bellhop). The food was delicious, and they were always helpful the room was cleaned and restocked daily It was everything we needed for a perfect stay, They take care your children while you enjoy yourself on the kids clubs and they keeping you updated on how the kids are doing by sending photos to your WhatsApp I’ll be back soon, keep up the great work, everyone!
