“I’m a light sleeper so it was loud with the housekeeping I could hear closets opening and shutting outside of my room at 6 am ”

“The best area for those who want to be close to all the excitement and fun but also be able to sleep somewhere quiet at night. This place has a gated parking lot for our rental car which saved a lot of worry, and the hotel is right next to the convenience store for a quick bite. It is not far away from Playa Del Carmen, being no more than a 10-minute walk to 5th Ave / ocean where everything is. The area is well-lit and feels extremely safe, and we would love bring our families here next time....

“We really enjoyed our stay. There were several things that we didn’t care for. The pools were very warm and not refreshing. The pools were also dirty and caused our suits to turn green from a film floating on top of the water. Our room was very nice and updated. However, our bed was extremely hard and caused my husband to have back pain throughout our stay. While most staff were friendly, there were some that seemed bothered when we would ask for something. ”

“nice cabana/cabin concept - very nice beach vibe - white sands - also beach front bar/lunch menu -- rooms matched the vibe - bare bones but adequate - *note - only one electrical outlet in evening -!-had to choose between phone recharge and fan - for a few hours - overall very much in the 'off the grid' experience - ”
