“Staff unfriendly at check in. Most places were not open. All rooms were rented had issues, chili g smoke detectors, that took two days to fix, broken phone, toilet and shower. Room decor for birthdays were not done, mine said happy honeymoon and I came solo. Just overall very dissatisfied with this resort. They need customer service help.”

“it has been a very disappointing experience with that property . First day, electricity power went off . We were told that this happen when you start the air conditioning with the clothing dryer. They asked to put the breakers back on. Then the air conditioning in one of the bedroom (where my daughter and her 2 girls were sleeping) wasn't working. “Check in was very informative. They gave us all the info we needed. Since check in was at a different location they provided us with a ride on a golf cart. The place was amazing. They had 2 pools but one was under renovations. The elevator was out of service the whole time we were there and we never saw anyone ever work on it. Security was always at their post so very safe.
