"this is a brand new hotel, everything are in mind condition.. beautiful space beautiful decor and very simple and minimalistic .. hotel is in a great location 1 block from 5th ave and 1 block from the ocean and the famous mamitas beach club.. staff was excellent , breakfast was good with some good choices .. pool is on the roof and has amazing views .. this is a small hotel maybe 30 rooms but exactly what you need if you are visiting g playa del carmen.. "The number one thing that stood out to my Wife and I was the customer service. The staff was actually happy to have us and you could feel it. The food and drinks were good too. The scenery/ aesthetics was absolutely beautiful which prompted us to do a great photo shoot with Enersto and was so good!! The photos turned out amazing!! Thank you to Isabella (Front desk), Juan (Bailsman), Erick (Spanish class), Benito (drink waiter on the beach). And of the housekeepers and plenty of other nice staff that we didn't quite catch your name but we felt your positive energy. The beach was beautiful and not much seaweed at all and they cleaned it daily! This was a Valentine trip for my Wife and I and you all exceeded our expectations. Gracias!! "

"An amazing stay! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking about visiting Riviera Maya. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they can’t do enough for you and want you to be happy. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms, plenty of towels and mini bar stocked daily. The grounds of this are super special with a host of wildlife living on the premises. This makes for a truly unique experience, you never know what you will see next. Food is good, a wide selection of restaurants and buffets. This was our third time at this resort and we will surely be back!"
