“We enjoyed our stay here, but noted some issues with bathroom cleanliness and quality of the food available. We enjoyed the Adelita restaurant, but the buffet and other restaurants were lacking flavor and variety. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed being pool side and beach side daily but for 5 star resort and for the price, cleanliness and food could use improvement.”

Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell. “It’s a spectacular family friendly hotel in the heart of Tulum. Tulum doesn’t have big all inclusive resorts so the little extras at La Zebra make it special. A terrific restaurant over looking the water, a basic mini golf course on the roof kept my son entertained, a small pool to refresh in and multiple beach side bars with great waiter service made relaxing at the beach the best.
