The crystal-clear water, beautiful weather, and breathtaking views made for the perfect getaway. The all-inclusive experience exceeded expectations, with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and endless options throughout the resort. What truly made the trip special was the warm and friendly service from the staff, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. "We had a wonderful stay at this home and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Aventuras. The house was spacious, very clean, and extremely well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and truly felt like a home away from home. One of our favorite things about staying in Puerto Aventuras is the location itself. The community feels very safe and offers plenty of restaurants, shops, and conveniences, so there’s really no need to leave the complex if you don’t want to. The home features a beautiful backyard with a great pool, which was perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. Overall, this was an excellent property, and we would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Aventuras."

"Great stay for the money. It’s on the harbor side but there’s public beach access within walking distance. The hotel provides free bikes if walking isn’t your thing. Rooms are clean and have a typical hotel layout. The patio is equipped with a hammock and a beach lounger. There’s a small pool to cool off in. There’s a small bridge across the edge of the lagoon that forms a pool inside the property with fish. The restaurant is everything waffles (even a burger waffle). Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it! Food has chef vibes! I recommend renting a golf cart for shopping and access to more restaurants. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Coconut bar is about 1/4 mile away. Cheers!"

"My only criticism would be that all the restaurants had been booked up the entire week we were there from the moment we got there, leaving the only option as the buffet. The pools also closed oddly early even for a family friendly resort. The staff were excellent though! Enjoyed our stay regardless!"

"Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets."
