Our snorkeling trip got cancelled twice due to rough ocean. We had booked thru the Expedia rep at the property, so check with them a couple of hours prior to pickup time to see if port is closed.

THE STAFF!!!! Best part of this hotel stay.

Room was nice..beds are not comfortable though rooms have very thin walls and you can hear everything in the halls.
Staff and drinks are amazing!
However the food was just ok..
Riu las americas was way better
