"We stayed at this hotel for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The hotel was very clean, the pools were beautiful, and the buffet offered plenty of great options. My boys, ages 6 and 9, loved the kids’ pool area and spent hours having fun there. What really stood out to our family was the exceptional service. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, especially the staff at the buffet, restaurants, front desk, and housekeeping. We also loved having access to the other Barceló properties. We stayed for a week and never got bored. It was a fantastic family vacation, and we would happily return."
