¡Fraude total! Cobraron el dinero de mi tarjeta, pero nunca nos enviaron la dirección de la villa, los códigos de acceso ni ninguna información para entrar. Viajábamos con niños, adultos mayores y niños con necesidades especiales, y no les importó dejarnos en la calle sin alojamiento. Intentamos comunicarnos muchas veces, pero hasta el momento nadie nos ha dado una respuesta ni una solución. Esta experiencia nos causó muchísimo estrés, gastos adicionales y angustia para toda la familia. No recomiendo esta compañía. Exijo una investigación inmediata y el reembolso completo de mi dinero.
