“Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets.”

“Pools are great.”

“Súper buen servicio 🙌”

“오래된 느낌이긴 했지만 깔끔하고 직원들이 대부분 친절했습니다. 체크아웃을 하고 난 이후에도 시설과 식당을 이용할 수 있게 해주셔서 감사했습니다. 저녁 식사로는 멕시칸 레스토랑이 특히 맛있었습니다.”

“Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. ”

“My husband and I were very happy with the service they provided for us. We also loved their food.”

“직원들의 친절이 가식적이지 않고 진심이다. 주변이 모두 나무여서 정글 속에 있는 것 같다. 특히 조식부페 때 야생원숭이들이 바나나를 얻어 먹으러 와서 색다른 체험을 할 수 있다. Xplor까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리이나, 걸어다니는 사람이 거의 없긴 하다. ”

“Overall, a great resort, and we really enjoyed our stay! Just wanted to share a word of caution regarding the main pool, especially for families with babies or toddlers. Be sure to check the pool depth before entering through the middle stairs. My wife, who is about 5’5”, entered the pool through the middle stairs while holding our toddler, not realizing the water was approximately 5.4 feet deep. Both ended up going underwater, and thankfully, someone nearby was able to help them. We’ve stayed...

“This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

“Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus.”

“Exceptional view, beach access, swimming pool, nearby shops, cafes, restaurants. ”
