โPool and natural water oil could use some cleaning, especially the natural pool, too much algae to get in the steps, but can view some tropical fish. The included breakfast was good.โ
โWe had a great vacation with our immediate family of 18 people! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us to eat together at dinner each night (not an easy feat!) They also had all of our food allergies documented and made sure our food was safe to eat. The property was well maintained and the staff was very attentive and responsive. We also enjoyed the water slides! The highlight was seeing iguanas and capybaras at the pool! A great time was had by all!โ

Before our trip, I contacted the hotel via email to let them know it was our honeymoon, and they surprised us with honeymoon events and decorations in our room and throughout the facilities.
I was truly touched by their attention to detail and care. What I liked the most was how friendly the staff were.
