“This was an amazing family trip, the check in process could have been a little faster because they do take time to check you in. Also one of the staff ladies in the breakfast buffet was rude to people that didnt speak English and she closed early . I do also feel that they can re inforce not feeding the wildlife and more strict in non smoking areas. Drinks are available but no apple juice at all. The hacienda wait time to get our food was over 40 mins. ”
