"The hotel is up a steep sloping street and in a quiet area. It has a traditional feel and the cafe is really nice and the hot springs, however there is no view, unless you pay for the private baths upstairs. "Really neat old hotel with a lot of history. The spa area was really nice and rooms were clean. There wasn’t much interaction with staff. There were people staying there just didn’t seem like the service was the priority. On our second morning it was really odd they couldn’t seat us for breakfast at 7:45 and we had to wait. This made us late for our driver to leave for the day. Overall it was just ok."
