“One of the highlights of my trip. This is a very special place where the staff could not have been more warm and helpful. We booked the half board for 2 nights and the food was very traditional, high level Japanese cuisine which didn’t completely suit our teenagers (just something to be aware of) but the service was superb and the facilities (hot baths and room) amazing.”

“정말 좋은 숙소 였습니다. 숙소내 온천도 아주 좋았고 가족온천도 아주 만족하며 이용하였습니다. 특히 서비스는 아주 좋았습니다. 항상 웃으며 인사해 주셨고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 아침조식도 무척 대접받는다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 스키장을 목적으로 한 여행이여서 아주 편안히 이용할수있었습니다.”

“유다나카역에서 매우 가까운 료칸형 호텔! 주위에 고즈넉한 료칸형 호텔들이 여럿있고 조용한 동네였다. 들어서자마자 고풍스러운 분위기에 편안함을 느끼고, 웰컴 드링크와 함께 체크인을 할 수 있다. 따뜻한 로비에 편안히 앉아...이 로비에서 아침부터 18시까지 커피를 무료로 즐길 수 있다. 방에 들어서자 특유의 다다미향도 적당히 좋았고, 공간이 넓고 욕실/화장실도 깨끗했다. 코타츠에 옹기종기 모여 다양한 가족 게임이 가능해 흡족했다. 호텔에서 조식만 했는데, 완전 만족. 일본식, 서양식 조식이 매일 바뀌었고 맛도 좋았다. 신선한 지역 사과쥬스는 늘 제공. 우리 가족이 완전 반한 루프탑 노천 온천탕! 굳이 프라이빗탕을 예약 안해도 오후에는 사람이 없어 전세낸 기분으로 이틀을 즐겼다. 내리는 눈을 맞으며 피곤한 몸이 눈녹듯이 녹아내렸다. 체크아웃도 11시로 여유있고, 호텔내 샵에서 소액 기념품 하나를 구입했는데 아이가 있다고 맛있는 초콜렛을 선물받았다. 역까지 고객이 원하면...

“女性7人で泊まりました。皆さんとても満足していました。 　まず、色々なお風呂が有り、楽しんで入ることができました。次に、夕食も朝食も、色彩がきれいで、手が込んでいて丁寧に作られているお料理でした。特に朝食にお粥を作って頂いたのですが、その塩加減が絶妙でした。そして、寝る時のマットや枕も寝やすく、布団に入るとすぐ寝落ちしてしまいました。中居さんが親切でいろいろ気を配ってくださり、気持ち良く過ごすことができました。400年前からあるそうですが、そうじも行き届いていました。 　宿の皆様のおかげで思い出深いいい旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。”

“전통료칸 경험하기에 저렴한 가격으로 아주 적합 했고 노천탕이 있어서 좋았어요. 하루만 숙박을 해서 좀 아쉬웠어요. 아침 식사도 옵션으로 참 좋았어요. 근데 실내 개인용 (private) 온천탕에 이물질이 많더라고요. 이숙소만이 아니라 시부에 있는 공용온천 9 욕탕에도 이물질이 아주 많았어요. 저희 방이 3층이었는데, 여행가방 들고 올라갔다 내려갔다 하기가 좀 어려웠어요. 주인 아저씨가 친절하게 도와주셨고 전통료칸이라 이해 합니다만 여행용가방 전용 엘리베이터를 설치하면 어떨지 제안해 봅니다.”

“While this is an older hotel, it is clean, things are in working order, and rather charming and unique. For example, I had a large room with a small patio that offered a beautiful view of the city. It’s in a quaint quiet town with gorgeous views of the mountains surrounding the town. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of hot green tea.
