Hotel was good. A little dated and in need of improvements but we enjoyed our stay. The view was great and right next to the Teleférico to La Bufa. Breakfast buffet was good. The room had air conditioning and was perfect for the hot weather. We would stay again.

I was not happy when we arrived at hotel to find out presidential suite was unavailable after booking and paying for it. Staff tried to give me a regular room with a suite to which weren`t even available through Orbitz. I was very disappointed to have to separate my family to two different buildings. Breakfast was not as I expected and the waiters definately kept skipping our table. Location and view were breathtaking. Call the hotel before booking to make sure rooms are available.

Overall the stay was good. I had an incident were the room I was given at first was not thoroughly cleaned and the Hotel relocated me to a different room. Besides that, I believe the service and amenities were worth what I paid for.
