"Me gustó mucho la estética del hotel, el personal muy amable al igual que el servicio fue muy bueno, lo único malo es que no todas las habitaciones tienes aire acondicionado cuando en los detalles de la propiedad marcaba que sí y el pequeño espacio para estacionarse."

"Limited amenities. No hot water. It took almost 2 hours to check, my room wasn't ready eventhough I was checking in after their check in start time. They refuse to give me 2 keys I had to pay extra if I want a second key Rooms are very old. Overall I don't recomend this Hotel."

"We were astounded by the beauty, condition, and overall treasure this place was for the price we paid. I will have to make sure that we come back again and stay here. However, that being said, I wasn't too happy with one clerk at the front desk who seemed to not be so nice to me. I felt she was a bit prejudice because of my accent. She wasn't very helpful when I was asking for the massage that came with our stay. We did end up getting our massages but it was as if she didn't want to help with anything else. Additionally, the patio has a seating area with seats and she scolded us for having a cup of coffee and a piece of sweet bread at the table. She claimed management won't allow it? Isn't this what tables are for? It wasn't like we were sitting at a desk. Anyhow, the masseuse lady was nice and gave us a very nice massage. The down side was that we didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub because it took longer than an hour to heat up and we were already going to be leaving the hotel. "
