The facilities are brilliant. Everything is new, well thought out and stylist. The kids loved the pool and water slides and easy access to the beach and restaurants nearby. Supermarket was well stocked with good qualityfood
However, the check in and check out process was poor. We waited 40 minutes to check in, were then allocated a room smaller than the one we had booked. That was resolved after a day. There was no information available about entertainment, spa, restaurant at reception or in the house. We asked reception where the tourist information was and they couldn’t even put the camp site on a map for us (FYI the information office is directly across the road!!). We checked out the day before and they couldn’t immediately find our passports (which they take at check in). When we returned our security wrist bands on the day of departure they told us the account was still open.
The houses themselves need more care and attention. The first (smaller) house we stayed in had no towels, toilet paper, working tv or bedding for the sofa bed. The second (larger) house was not particularly clean. They are reasonably well equipped houses but with deficiencies. For example, only 4 sets of cutlery and crockery for a house with capacity of 5 people. A Nespresso coffee machine with no capsules provided and no way to buy them (you need to bring your own). No information about when the rooms are serviced (ours wasn’t serviced during a 1 week stay) or where to dispose of rubbish.
