The check-in was 1st Class, the bar beside is really well-stocked and convenient, the food is excellent. The room felt very modern and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and saunas (there are 2) are very upscale. It was easy to find.

Staff were very polite and helpful, especially the lady who looks after the spa, who was excellent. There was a €50 deposit per night that i was not told about so that did come as a surprise, one i had not budgeted for. However the bed was extremely comfy and the room was large, modern and clean with a massive window. The tv was big however the remote was very unresponsive. The spa, pool and sauna facilities were great and the complimentary cookies upon check in were a tasty surprise.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Filip at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Also Goran at the restaurant was great. These two really stood out as very good at what they do. They deserve a raise/promotion.

Very slow checking, waited 25 minutesc in line, there were 8 guests ans 1 lady on reception. Manager was rude, and they charged me for costs that did not existed. They dont even offer doubletree cookie anymore.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Close to the bus station which was convenient but is about 30 min walk from the centre of town. The surrounding area is ok but not the nicest and not much in the way of restaurants so you do need to get to the centre of the city for that.

Not my first stay here, so all familiar. Clean, spacious room. My only comment would be that there should be at least 1 free bottle of water in the room, no matter if you are a member of Hilton program or not.

Everything was perfect apart from a broken toilet brush that had been taped back together. It broke again the first time i went to use it. For an item so cheap,i cant understand why it wasnt replaced and if it wasn't noticed,im certainty not taking the blame for it. That aside,ten out of ten
