The room was spacious with a city view. There were also two complimentary small lebanese sweets and crackers boxes and a big fruit platter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr Mohamed and Mr Fadi at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Special appreciation also to Mr Rabih Nader ...

I stayed there twice this year and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Rooms are clean and spacious, with a team that serves you with a warm smile and professional competence. Shout out to Thaera and Murhaf - they are both gems!!

They charge for cleaning service which is almost the price of the room rent. They also charge for the towels while there is no washing machine or cleaning tools in the suite.

Zahle is amazing
Beautiful and welcoming city. I love walking in Zahle. Old streets with small shops along with more modern shopping areas.
Game of thrones fans should check out Castle Black for a nice drink and a lovely atmosphere.
