Super spa Bereich. Tolles Frühstück .. wir hatten Halbpension, Abendessen ist reichlich nur leider ist das Fleisch und der Fisch sehr sehr trocken gewesen immer. Leider ist die Kommunikation im Hotel schwierig da das Personal kein Deutsch spricht und englisch auch nur sehr gebrochen.
Der Skilift am Haus ist für absolute Anfänger und nichts für Könner. Die Pisten in der Umgebungen sind ok, aber es wird sehr schnell langweilig da es immer nur eine Abfahrt ist. Die Preise für Skipass und Verleih sind absolut fair.
Die Restaurants Inder Umgebung sind sehr gut und das essen kostest fast nichts.
In Zakopane selbst ist neben der Ski Sprungschanze ein tolles Eis Labyrinth und eine aus Schnee gebaute Burg mit schönen Schneefiguren.

This property was very nice and clean, great breakfast and dinning options. The pool was clean and large, and there was lots of things to do that were close to the hotel. The only thing I did not like was the rooms were a little small, otherwise I had a great stay.

Všetko bolo pekné, služby kvalitné, hotel pekný a vybavený. Boli sme v čase návštevy veľa rodín s deťmi. Kto hľadá pokoj, bohužaľ len zavretý na izbe, pretože krik detí v jedálni ale hlavne v bazéne bol tak hlučný, že sme tieto služby museli vynechať. Aj z dôvodu štípania očí z chlóru vo vode, ktorého dali viac než bolo únosné. Inak sme boli spokojní a prídeme znovu, len v inom termíne. Hotelu želáme všetko dobré.

Miły i sympatyczny pobyt.
Super. Jedynie na minus to brak atrakcji dla dzieci na basenie. Na zewnątrz bardzo duży i fajny plac zabaw, wewnątrz "kulkoland". Jedzenie bardzo dobre.

Trochę słabiej niż rok temu
W naszym pokoju czuć było chlor z basenów i fryturę z kuchni (wychodząc na balkon). Zgłosiliśmy dwie drobne usterki (brak prądu w gniazdkach przy łóżku - naprawione natychmiast, migający reflektorek w łazience - pomimo zgłoszenia wariujący do końca pobytu). Jedzenie bardzo dobre, różnorodne propozycje w bufecie śniadaniowym. Rok temu dostępna była jednak specjalna zastawa dla dzieci - tym razem jej nie było - zabrakło również poduszek do krzesełek dla dzieci, które sprawiały, że siedzenie w krzesełku było dla dziecka wygodniejsze. Wspaniała sala zabaw dla dzieci, przygotowane wygodne łóżeczko turystyczne i pościel dla dziecka. Bardzo miła obsługa pokojowa. W ogólnym rozrachunku jednak - wrażenia trochę gorsze w porównaniu z rokiem ubiegłym.

Bardzo miła obsługa, wygląd, bliskość atrakcji, parking. Jedyny problem to ilość miejsca w pokoju, brak lodówki czy sejfu a także co ważne klimatyzacji czy samego sterowania wentylacją której brak w pokoju.

hotel ogromny za mało atrakcji jak na tak duży obiekt, obsługa bardzo miła, jak na hotel 4 * to niesprawny telewizor w pokoju pomimo zgłoszenia nic z tym nie zrobili, pokoje standard straszne klity, brudne i poobijane ściany na korytarzach , bardzo nie smaczne jedzenie w karczmie regionalnej należącej do hotelu.
