Avoid - hidden charges in small print

It’s very disappointing that the hotel chooses to use hidden charges to trick its customers. Upon check out, and after having a prepaid booking, I was told I had to pay cleaning charges, which nearly doubled the cost of night. It’s an ugly and deliberate way to mislead customers.
