Definitely 10/10. Amazing views and amenities great staff, terrific location. Nice suite room. Only feedback to make this an 11/10 would be adding a rack of free weights or a set of bowflex SelectTech to the weight room / siłownia. Great cardio machines tho. Also the front desk 9701 and room service 9802 numbers were unclear but was able to connect and got vey promptly and excellent service. Would definitely stay again.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen - ein tolles Hotel in einer super Lage. Wir waren auch von der Aussicht im 11. Stock wirklich beeindruckt! Zuvorkommendes Personal, alle nett und freundlich. Es wird zwar wenig deutsch gesprochen, dafür aber habe ich niemanden erlebt der nicht fließend Englisch spricht. Einzigartiger Kritikpunkt ist das der Strom im Zimmer alle 5 Minuten von alleine aus geht wenn der Bewegungsmelder nichts erkennt... Und das ist mehrfach passiert obwohl wir zu zweit drin waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder - vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit :-)

Wir waren zum 2. Mal vor Ort. Das Hotel ist top gelegen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und man kann am Tag 1 Stunde das Schwimmbad nutzen. Die Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Größe und sind sauber und hell. Es ist nicht hellhörig. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, die sie sich gut bezahlen lassen. Der Speisesaal sollte dringend überdacht werden und ist eher der eines 3* Hotels. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal flink und aufmerksam. Es wird permanent nachgelegt. Jedoch ist es teilweise viel zu voll und eng. Vom Geräuschpegel brauchen wir gar nicht anfangen. Das buchen von Halbpension würden wir nicht empfehlen. Es gibt eine vielzahl von Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung, die für gleiches Geld wesentlich mehr bieten. Auch das Hoteleigene Restaurant im EG ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren diesmal etwas enttäuscht, da sowohl der Empfang, als auch der Checkout an Wärme und Gastfreundschaft zu wünschen übrig gelassen haben. Es fand praktisch keine Kommunikation statt. Trotz allem ist es ein tolles Hotel, was zu Ausflügen, schlendern und ausspannnen einläd.

Schönes Hotel mit toller Dachterrasse, direkt am Strand. Frühstücksauswahl ist riesig, jedoch furchtbar laut und keine Kühlung der Wurstwaren und Butter. Kein Spritz- und Spuckschutz über den Speisen. Abendessen okay, aber definitiv keine 5 Sterne. Premium Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick (10 Etage)

Hallo, wie auch viele andere Urlauber zeigt sich auch hier ein gleiches Bild. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Jedoch das Personal ist eine Katastrophe und auch der Service. Frühstück war mega gut und auch kein Problem trotz der vielen Leute. Wir hatten Meerblick gebucht und einen seitlichen Meerblick mit Blick auf einen Parkplatz erhalten. Nachdem ich gesagt hatte, dass wir direkten Meerblick gebucht haben und auch dafür mehr bezahlen mussten, wurden wir lautstark der Rezeption verwiesen und es wurde gesagt, Sie haben erhalten was Sie gebucht haben. Schließlich haben wir uns jeden Tag geärgert, wenn ich auf das nicht gebuchte Zimmer gegangen bin. Noch ein Punkt, die Matratzen waren defekt und durchgelegen, ein erheblich schlechter Zustand. Das Zimmerpersonal war total lieb und auch sehr höflich, hier ist ein wenig Trinkgeld immer ein schönes Dankeschön. Gern komme ich wieder unter anderen Voraussetzungen.

Wir hatten einen gemischten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage direkt am Strand (Promenade). Ein echtes Highlight ist die 14. Etage: Der Wellnessbereich mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool ist modern und bietet einen schönen Blick. Ideal zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag. Leider war der Zimmerservice (insbesondere die Reinigung) enttäuschend. Das Zimmer wurde nur sehr soät am Nachmittag erst gesäubert. Auch das Frühstück konnte nicht überzeugen, es wirkte insgesamt sehr lieblos und einfallslos, mit wenig Auswahl und ohne Frische. Das Parkhaus(2 Tage ca.74€) ist zwar teuer, dafür aber gut organisiert und direkt am Hotel gelegen. Wer hauptsächlich wegen der Lage kommt, wird hier auf seine Kosten kommen. Beim Service und Frühstück besteht aber definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

Wer schon mal in diesem Hotel gewesen ist, weiß dass es beim Frühstück wie im Bienenstock zugeht. Laut und ganz viele Leute durcheinander. Das Essen dafür ist lecker. Die Promenade drumrum lädt zum sitzen und essen ein. Die Gastronomen sind auf zack und und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Von einem Fünf Sterne Hotel erwarte ich etwas mehr.. Es gibt drei Sterne Hotels in der Nähe die absolut mithalten können.. Für 300 Euro die Nacht war es enttäuschend…. Keine Empfehlung von mir..
