First the good. The suite is very nicely laid out and spacious. The view was beautiful and the loungers on the patio were nice. The bad. We couldn’t find it. No signage and people who were working in the building didn’t even know the place. We had to call the owner. Entrance was through a parking lot at the back of a Beach Club. The room was above the Beach Bar. This is not noted anywhere in the hotel description. There was no lobby. The checkin was in the bar. The room was never cleaned and no towel exchange during our 3 day stay. Breakfast was very good but wasn’t open until 10am. We got it once. The worst part - the club music is loud and pumping till midnight. Not a bad thing if you don’t go to bed before then. We did. And had to listen to it every night. We tried to cancel the last two nights but Expedia couldn’t get a hold of the owners. Great location if you’re young and there to party. Not for anyone else. The description should be revised.

Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations created by the listing. While the property itself is nice and the location may be great for those specifically looking to stay in the Laganas area, several important details were either unclear or not accurately represented. Despite being advertised as a beachfront property, guests have to pay separately for the sunbeds on the beach, which was very disappointing and unexpected. Breakfast was another letdown. It doesn’t start until 10:00 AM, which is extremely late if you have plans or excursions, and the options are very limited. Even basic items are restricted—for example, you may have to choose between a juice or a coffee rather than being able to have both. Housekeeping was also well below what we expected. The rooms are not cleaned daily and were only cleaned after the third night. Bath towels and beach towels are quite small and are also only changed once every three days. For a beach property, especially in hot weather, this is simply not sufficient. Overall, the property itself is attractive, but the listing should be much more transparent about what is actually included and the level of service guests should expect. It may be a good option for someone specifically wanting to stay in the Laganas area, but based on our experience, the amenities and service did not live up to how the property was advertised.

First time choosing an apartment over a hotel and the best decision I could have made. The owner and staff are super friendly and caring. Everything needed was immediately provided. The view is most amazing, the room clean and modern. Everything is up to date. We had everything we needed and loved the location and the restaurant/ beach bar. Parking, breakfast, wifi, tv, private Veranda, towels, beach towels, ropes and slippers plus coffee and water was provided in the room. Location is great and you can walk to the heart of laganas that has multiple stores, bars, clubs, restaurants, rentals, pharmacy, medical services and much more. Beach is calm and clean. We saw many turtles early in the morning when the water was the calmest. 10 mins from the airport, 12 min to zante town, 5 mins to cameo island, 30 min to Vasiliko, tsilivi, mizithres, xigia Beach, 50 min to shipwreck. We rented a car and the parking was safe and plenty.

Wir hatten den schlechtesten Aufenthalt, den wir je erlebt haben. Schon bei der Ankunft war niemand erreichbar – weder Katina noch Bobby gingen ans Telefon. Check-in sollte in der Beach Bar erfolgen, aber niemand wusste Bescheid. Erst nach langem Hin und Her wurden wir aufs Zimmer gebracht – ohne Erklärung zu Safe, WLAN, Reinigung etc. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert, aber viele Dinge funktionierten nicht: defekte Schalter, offene Kabel unter dem Bett, LED-Licht kaputt. Der Safe war nicht nutzbar, auf mehrfaches Nachfragen reagierte das Personal genervt, der Kellner fragte sogar, ob wir den Safe „jetzt wirklich brauchen“. Die Reinigung war eine Katastrophe: In 7 Tagen wurde nur 1x richtig geputzt. Auf eine höfliche Bitte, ob sie 20 Min. später putzen könne, reagierte die Putzfrau frech und unhöflich. Am Abreisetag haben wir leider etwas verschlafen. Die Putzfrau stürmte ins Zimmer und wollte uns rausschmeißen – unglaublich respektlos! Mehrere Stromausfälle (teils nachts, teils tagsüber), 1,5 Std. ohne Wasser am vorletzten Tag, kein Toilettenpapier am letzten Tag – auf keine Nachricht oder Anrufe reagierte jemand. Der Empfang, Service und Umgang mit Gästen waren respektlos und unprofessionell. Einzig der Manager und ein junger Kellner waren freundlich. Keine Empfehlung – wir würden nicht wiederkommen
