Abbiamo alloggiato una settimana, ci siamo trovati benissimo, la struttura è bellissima, molto rilassante, il personale cordiale ed ospitale. La posizione dell' hotel è molto strategica perché in massimo 30-40 Min ti permette di raggiungere qualsiasi posto sull'isola. Il nostro posto preferito è stato il bar grazie al barman Mr. Stamatis che ci ha dispensato consigli utilissimi per il nostro soggiorno a Zante. Consigliatissimo

Outstanding service from very friendly staff. They really understand what the good customer service is. I spend long weekend there with my wife for our 20 years wedding anniversary. Staff helped me to make arrangements to surprise her and to make the stay memorable.Really good food served professionally. Really recommend this place for romantic breaks.

Es war ein fabelhafter Urlaub! Das hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem wundervoll. Das personal ist super freundlich und erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten wundervolle 10 Tage und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Muito bom hotel. Café da manhã bem servido. Atendimento sempre especial. Quarto bem amplo, bonito e confortável, mas com necessidade de alguma renovação. A experiência com a jacuzzi não foi boa porque a limpeza/manutenção não era boa. No primeiro e único uso, observamos resíduos e cabelos estranhos juntos com a água. Então, desligamos e não a usamos mais.

Exceptionnel
Séjour exceptionnel malgré un équipement dans la chambre comme la douche qui fonctionnait mal mais le reste magnifique pour nous. Le personnel est fort sympathique et à l’écoute. Stamatis parle français ceux qui nous a bien aidé. Il a été d’une grande aide et aux petits soins sans qu’on lui demande forcément. Il est d’une pure gentillesse et de bon conseils.

The property was very well located for access across the island of Zakaynthos. the entire property was very clean. The rooms were the most spacious we have had in Europe. The property was a true 5 star resort. We had a large bathroom and a 2 person jacuzzi with a view of the ocean in our room The breakfast buffet was incredible with gourmet options and lots of choices, including made to order omelets. Everyone on the staff was very friendly, helpful and always checking if you needed anything. Stanmitis, Nick and the Manager, Kostas, were always available, and went out of their way to assist with everything. We had a late flight and they insured we could use our room at the end of the day after we were expected to checkout in the morning. The Elegance Luxury Executive Suites was the best overall hotel I have stayed at during my 20 years of travel for business and vacations in Europe.

Amazing service
Five star service, beautiful views, 3.5 star accommodations. Our shower was faulty & even after the staff came to “fix” it, we barely had hot water or water pressure. The toilet was faulty & wall paper coming off in places… however, The staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Stamatis!!! *** The morning breakfast buffet was exceptional, five star for sure! Nice, quiet location! Peaceful & relaxing.

Nice weekend stay
Very nice hotel, the room was awesome, the pool was not crowded. Everything was clean and the location on top of the hill was just great. A car is handy to reach nearby beaches.

Très bel hôtel niché dans les hauteurs avec une vue magnifique Les repas sont tres bons, très copieux et très bien présentés. Le service au top avec une mention très spéciale à Stamatis qui s’assure tout au long de notre séjour que nous ne manquons de rien et qui égaye chaque moment passé au bar ou au restaurant. Les chambres sont grandes et modernes, avec un jacuzzi.

Hôtel et personnels au top. Les chambres sont spacieuses doté d’un grand jacuzzi. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant de l’hôtel sont parfait et très appétissants!! La voiture est nécessaire pour rejoindre l’hôtel et visiter l’île. Lorsque la plupart des hôtels ferment les salles de sport cause Covid, cet hôtel y autorise l’accès à une personne à la fois en prenant rendez-vous. En parlant de Covid les mesures sont prises et respectées, vous trouverez du gel anti bactérien partout dans l’hôtel....

Top notch hotel!
Incredible staff. They were all so helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool is amazing. Very very large so even if the hotel was full, it’s not an issue. We also had a very nice dinner that was included in the reservation we booked. Did not want to leave.

A Greek Paradise
A little piece of paradise. We had a room with a private pool and it was amazing - very large, huge bathroom and all you can need and wish for. The private pool area was excellent and you just didn’t want to leave the room. One downfall were a finishes for the room, near the hot tub and then wallpaper was peeling off which must be due to moisture but you expect this to be fixed due the expectations staying somewhere like this. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was delicious, one of the best of the 12 day trip on the island. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice, high quality produce and the staff couldn’t do enough for us all.

Incroyable hotel ! De l’aimabilité des hôtesses à l’arrivée jusqu’à la beauté de la chambre et de l’hôtel, tout était parfait ! La qualité du petit déjeuner était incroyable ! Un des meilleurs que j’ai pu manger dans un hotel. Je recommande également les diners du soir car ils sont très bon! Bravo au chef.

Generelt et ok hotel - men forstår ikke at det ligger i 5-stjernes kategorien! Ville selv placere det i 3 eller lign. Maden var ikke god. Servicen var virkelig skidt!! Vi havde bestilt værelset (og prioriteret at gå lidt over feriebudgettet) for at få spa på værelset. Det virkede ikke (spyttede gulige flager ud - og kom kun med koldt vand). Så vi gik ned og bad om at få det udbedret - personalet sagde at de ville kigge på det med det samme. Det skete ikke. Vi ventede hele aftenen. Næste morgen gik jeg ned og sagde at det ikke var i orden og at jeg ikke ville betale for et spa-værelse, når det ikke var det jeg fik. Personalet lovede at fixe det og give en delvis refundering for første nat. Fik det bekræftet senere på dagen, at de ville give refund. De fik badet til at virke (stadig gulige flager, men nu varmt vand) - vi nåede at prøve det kort, inden vi skulle videre. Da vi skulle betale kunne vi glemme alt om delvis refund for dag 1. Utrolig skidt når vi var blevet det lovet - ellers havde vi checket ud på dag 2 hvis vi havde fået dette af vide og havde fundet et andet sted. Maden i restauranten var ikke at råbe hurra for. Tjeneren ville kun henvende sig+øjenkontakt til manden - ikke kvinden. Sørgelig omgang hele vejen igennem. God pool dog.

Excellent elegance and class
Hotel is located on a hill, overlooking the green hillsides and the open sea in a panoramic view. The hotel is completely new, and everything is in high standard, with comfort and elegant design in mind. I loved it all. I had the 'Navagio' room. It was very large and practical. Comfortable chairs in balcony, overlooking the breath taking panoramic view, and the beautiful pool below. The bed is super soft and comfortable. Very cosy and comfortable seating area. Large shower. And a separate large hot-tub with the same great view. I had breakfast in room, it was excellent. I presume the buffet is as good. I highly recommend this place !!! WIFI is a bit stagger, but ok.

Positiv - das Personal! Alle sehr freundlich und sprechen sehr gut englisch. Sind hilfsbereit und haben immer ein offenes Ohr. Wir hatten an einem Abend ein kleines Erdbeben, die Besitzerin sagte sofort, wir seien hier sicher, es ist alles gut und wir sollen keine Angst haben. Sie war immer für die Gäste da - Zimmer! Geiler Meerblick! Es sah so aus, als hätte jedes Zimmer einen Blick aufs Meer, bin mir aber nicht sicher. Jedes Zimmer hat auf jeden Fall einen Balkon mit ausreichend Platz und 2 Stühlen Tisch. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag von freundlichen Putzkräften gereinigt, jeden Tag neue Handtücher. Safe und Minibar sind inklusive. Der Whirlpool ist natürlich das Highlight in den ganzen Zimmern - Pool/Außenanlage! Der Pool war nie voller Menschen, was eig. auch gut war. Er ist sauber, kann man den ganzen Tag drin verbringen bei der Hitze. Es gibt eine Bar, aber, die Preise sind einwenig hoch, sonst in Ordnung. Die Burger sind sehr lecker - Umgebung! Liegt schön außerhalb, was perfekt ist. Man sieht das Meer, zur nächsten Stadt sind es nur knapp 2-3 Minuten mit dem Auto und zum nächstgelegenen Strand 1 Minute mit Auto. Wir sind nirgends hin gelaufen, weil wir ein Mietwagen hatten (die Straßen dort sind der Horror! Fahrt vorsichtig!). Da die Insel an sich sowieso klein ist, hat man in der einen Woche die Insel schnell durch. Zwischendurch sieht man die Flugzeuge hoch- und runter fliegen, was eig. total cool zu beobachten ist Wir würden immer wieder kommen!!!

We stayed 4 night at the Elegance Luxury Executive Suites but we spent most of our time visiting the island of Zakynthos. Therefore, we did not really spent much time at the hotel. However, we really had a good time when we were there. The hotel is clean, the room are large and we had a nice view on the sea. Also, we really appreciate the service from the staffs. Specially the two men working at the reception/restaurant. They know all guests by their name and give a great service to all of them! We clearly recommend this hotel if you visit Zakynthos!

Het is echt een top hotel, personeel zeer vriendelijke, mooie kamers, aan alles word gedacht! Ik zal iedereen dit hotel aanraden. Ze doen er alles aan om het iedereen naar zijn plezier te maken. Het is er erg rustig en de kamers heel groot en erg schoon.

We stayed four nights and had a brilliant experience there! Wonderful service, great view from terrace cafe, clean room. Everything was so nice and we really want to back here!

Heerlijk rustig hotel met topservice!
Heerlijk rustig hotel met prachtige kamers en optimale service. Het personeel liet je echt thuis voelen en zorgde voor alles.

Very Quiet Hotel with Friendly Staff
We stayed here 1st -8th September 2018 and were very pleased with our choice of hotel. We wanted a quiet hotel with a nice pool for a relaxing holiday. This is exactly what we got. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Kostas was particularly friendly and helpful and we have had a wonderfully relaxing holiday. Although we were told the 20 rooms of the hotel were fully booked, there was never more than 6 people around the pool on any given day.The views of the ocean from the pool area are wonderful and unexpected. Food is good, room service was great. I don't really have any complaints about the hotel or the staff and would definitely return. There is no evening atmosphere as people are either out or in their rooms so this is not the hotel for you if you're not willing to leave. We never saw anyone have dinner in the dining room the whole week! Many people get up and leave early to go diving/ exploring and the only time we saw guests was at breakfast (which was lovely with great eggs!). It's particularly quiet but there is a pool bar and good lunch menu for the day and you very much feel like you have the pool to yourself. We spent various days out and about exploring Zakynthos Town (15 min drive) and various beaches around the island. Tsivili is 5 mins down the road with various bars and restaurants. The reception staff will help you with places to go and Stamatis and Kostas will sort you out for drinks/towels to take with you for the day. All round great hotel!

Rude staff
I was accused of lying about taking stuff out of the minibar while I was checking out I had to wait while the receptionist called someone to confirm that I didn't. Very very rude and arrogant staff did not feel the 5 star service at all.

Dear Anonymous Guest, Actually you did take stuff out of the minibar. When the reception informed me about it , i chosed to let it go and not give further in confrontation about this incident.
