The best customer service !

When I arrived at the hotel the ground floor was in darkness of what looked like a beautiful bar/Cafe so I thought it was closed. Then I was greeted by a absolutely lovely man who was so friendly and helpful ! I would go back to the hotel just for the service they could not do enough for me even making me a take away breakfast! A lot of big chains could learn about customer service from this gentleman. Yes the room was a little dated and need a little bit of love but honestly you forget all that with the charm and care from the staff

The property is quaint and old-fashioned. The room was a little small. The main knock is that the shower area is not separated from the rest of the bathroom at all, so the water is all over the floor which presented problems very nice breakfast

Ik heb 1 nacht in dit hotel geslapen ivm een zakelijk bezoek. Het was fijn dat ik in de avond kon aankomen en vroeg in de ochtend kon vertrekken. Dat was te vroeg voor het ontbijtbuffet, maar ik kreeg een prima pakket mee om op de kamer te kunnen ontbijten. Er is een grote ondergrondse parkeergarage op heel korte afstand, waar nachtparkeren heel goedkoop is. De externe badkamer is prima en voor privegebruik. Zeer behulpzame eigenaar, dus zeker de moeite waard bij een volgend bezoek aan Zandvoort

A lovely place

A lovely place, with really friendly helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace was a real treat, with fresh, tasty ingredients. Conveniently located in the centre of this pleasant seaside town, close to two National Parks.

Mooie locatie, hartje centrum. Uiterst vriendelijke bediening en heel behulpzaam. Aan ons verzoek om een veganistisch ontbijt is uitstekend gehoor gegeven. We hebben hier met twee puberzonen een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Zeer prettig personeel. Een ruim, erg gezellig appartement in het midden van het centrum. Een uitgebreid ontbijt wordt aan tafel uit geserveerd. We hebben als gezin met twee tieners erg genoten.

Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein, tv so klein dass man aus dem Bett kaum gucken konnte. Keinen kleine Kühlschrank. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Frühstück war gut. Leider Viel zu teuer die Preise für das sehr kleine Zimmer. Bettwäsche sollte angeblich mach 3 Tagen gewechselt werden, wurde es aber nicht. Leider nicht zufriedenstellend.

Groot appartement boven het restaurant. Vriendelijke mensen. Jammer dat jezelf niet de verwarming kan regelen maar als je dat zegt dan wordt daar gelijk iets aan gedaan. Het ligt aan de winkelstraat dus s morgens veel geluid ivm schoonmaken straat, advies is om oordopjes mee te nemen. Maar wij vonden het geweldig en de kans dat wij terug komen is zeker reeel!

Es handelt sich um ein altes Bäderhotel, weshalb man darüber hinwegsehen muss, dass der Fußboden knarrt, es nicht so viele Steckdosen gibt, man steile Treppen steigen muss. Meine Freundin und ich baten jedoch das Personal, uns die Koffer in den 2. Stock zu tragen, welches auch ganz ohne Murren erledigt wurde. Das Hotel ist zauberhaft und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen und TOP. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, der Strand ist nicht weit, der Bahnhof auch nicht. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist.
