“An absolutely amazing stay! The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The place is right on the beach (literally, you step onto sand once you enter through the gate). And I can not say enough about how thoughtful, considerate, and kind ALL of the staff are - (for example, they stood by our chairs when we left our towels etc to go into the ocean without us asking or anything!). “The staff at La Perla were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was very clean but basic and more African style rather than modern which for me was the attraction. The pool area is extremely clean and there’s plenty of sun beds both around it and on the beach. Food is the restaurant is very decent and doesn’t cost the earth. The view of the beach from the restaurant is amazing. The resort doesn’t sell alcohol but the restaurant next door does if that’s important to you.”
