Great location, lovely staff.

Lovely hotel very close to old town. Easy to find as in main road but no traffic noise. Good transport links outside and nearby. Most attractions are 5 .ins walk away. Reception staff were amazing. Very frie dly and helpful.

great position

this hotel was in an excellent position, central to everything but relatively quiet. It was clean and had most things you needed. The downsize was there was no info regarding the actual facilities in the room, no menus for breakfast or any indication that food was available. The internet was terrible

Spacious apartment for a family

Nice Aparthotel. The apartment was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Showers were good and plenty of hot water. Kitchen was basic and not very well kitted out - no soap or tea towels provided, and no basic cleaning supplies - but it did say they were available upon request Breakfast was available in the rooftop restaurant and was convenient but very limited choices. Swimming pool was nice to cool off in after a day in the heat.

Great location but our apartment on first floor was very noisy - right above a busy road and bus stop where the buses idled for some time. Even with ear plugs it was very uncomfortable. If you choose to stay here ask for room away from the road

Fantástico apartahotel en el centro de Zaragoza. Staff profesional, maravilloso desayuno con vistas a la basílica, y gran servicio de parking privado y seguro. Si pusiera un inconveniente es que la habitación estaba un poco fría y no había jabón de manos en los baños. Por lo demás, un sitio estupendo

Buena eleccion para estar varios dias

Muy buena experiencia, nos dio pena no haber estado mas dias. Apartahotel bastante completo, con todo tipo de equipaciones tanto dentro del apartamento como el propio edificio. Un buen gimnasio, sauna par 1-2 personas y piscina (aunque no estaba abierta). Bastante cerca del centro de la ciudad. Por ponerle un pero, las palomas dejan la terraza un poco sucia.

La llegada fue bien. En la cama no estaría de mas que hubiera un par de almohadas más. Las toallas dejan claro que apuestan por los mínimos. En general, no se les ve demasiado duchos en la profesión, ya que a dos hispanoparlantes sin otro acento que el español, nos pidieron DNI o pasaporte. A mi afirmación que no llevamos pasaporte al viajar por España, la joven alegó que como tenían tantos extranjeros... Y yo me pregunto: si podíamos ser extranjeros, ¿cómo puede ser que pidan el DNI? En fin...
