Please be aware that although the website says the front desk speaks English, that was not the case. The 2 bedroom unit was a good size. The location is convenient to the Sasazuka train. There are many nearby restaurants and that means there is a definite smell of fried food in the room. The wet room had a lot of mildew and
we were not able to get staff to clean it.
The location was perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the station, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and a refrigerator, which made it feel just like home. We had a very comfortable stay, and if we have the chance, we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!
An incredibly convenient place to stay. Train station is right next door! Place is a little tight and has low door frames (tall people have to duck to get through doorways) but overall a really good experience! Had a small problem with hot water but it was fixed immediately as soon as the management were made aware.

There was a washer in unit. We used it, worked well. The room smelled musty. So much so that I sent a message to the property about it. They did try to fix it by spraying a ton of deodorizing spray but that didn’t help at all. I found the smell overwhelming. The room itself was clean and I have no complaints about that. It was just a bit off putting to smell the musty odor for the 3 nights we were there. The hotel is right next to the train station. So you will hear the noise of the trains coming and going, though I didn’t feel like it was a bother at all.
The location of the hotel was very handy. It’s one stop away from the chaos of Shinjuku. I appreciated being in a calmer neighborhood. There are many options for food, convenience stores and even a grocery store, and even a little mall right next to the hotel. Fairly larger room for Tokyo standards. If the room smell didn’t bother me, I would’ve rated it much higher, it was really my only complaint.

The apartment was extremely clean and staff were very accommodating. The location was excellent as it is right at Sasazuka train station. We are in Japan in very hot July so it was amazing to get off of the train and being immediately “home”. Even though the trains are nearby, the sound is not an issue. We did have some issues with the wifi dropping in and out however it wasn’t a huge problem overall. We highly recommend this accommodation.
Great location, close to subway and convenience stores. Suite had two separate sleeping rooms which is nice for a family. No complaints would stay here again for a trip to Tokyo!
Great location with lots of dining and transportation nearby. Quiet and lots of amenities. It is an apartment so there isn’t hotel staff but anytime you need anything they are available and responsive.
We stayed here for a week with our family of 4. The apartment was way better than staying in a tiny hotel room. There are tons of restaurants and shops very close by. Excellent all around
Excellent location to a train station. Room was clean and over all spacious. Can be a bit tricky to find, but you can always ask and someone will happily help you locate the hotel.

The hotel has a very good location, in front of the sasazuka train station, walking distance from supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, bakery and shopping. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. However, there is some wear and tear, some stains on the furniture, and the kitchenette is minimal. The pots need to be renewed. It is recommended to pre-check in.
Very clean, new, well maintained property. 1 minute walk from metro station. No noise during night, even in busy Tokyo. Would rent again!!!

Pretty decent since we only stayed there to clean up and sleep at night.
The location was central.
Train station is just right outside.
Good for the money.
