“We stayed 2 nights. Good location 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Check-in was through a kiosk that wasn’t intuitive. Once we checked in, the key cards to the hotel room stopped working and had to be replaced. Then the AC stopped working on the 2nd night. Parking is also difficult in the town.”

“Stayed for one night while on the Camino. Great restaurant below the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable!”

“Casa Nicolasa was such a beautiful surprise! ❤️ The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions. The place was spotless, smelled lovely, and was clearly well-maintained. The staff were courteous, warm, and welcoming, and the check-in process was seamless. Definitely a wonderful place to stay and one we would happily recommend! ✨”

No recomensado.

“Never stayed in a room this small before. The bathroom was a joke. I'm 5'8" and whilst sitting on the toilet, my knees touched the wall in front. No space to dry yourself after a shower. Two single beds occupied much of the room with only a small gap between them. View from bedroom was the back of other buildings surrounding it. Cost was eye watering for what we got and no breakfast provided. The owner, Inaki, was very pleasant but our overall feeling was that we had been conned.”

“Great location. Friendly staff. Clean.”

“Friendly staff, comfortalble bed, good amenity.”

“Cleanliness - there were two showers, one of which had a concerning white growing in spot in the corner Staff - I did not receive instructions regarding check-in in advance of the reservation. I had to proactively reach out the day of and did not receive key retrieval information until a few hours before our reservation. The initial communication stated that this information would be shared 24 hours before our reservation Property condition - the picture frames and lamps in our room where...

“The accommodation is right at the heart of old town walking distance to everything we needed. Beatrice on reception was a delight and made us fell so welcome. Claudia looked out for us when we had a bit of a mix up entering the property going above and beyond to make sure myself and my daughter were ok. I will treasure my time in San Sebastián and can’t wait to revisit. NB the location is noisy as it is so near to everything but it is just life and I did not mind it at all x”

“Easy to find and clean linens for a quick overnight made it pleasant”
