"The staff were incredibly helpful particularly at breakfast to help with allergies and sorting the baby. Everything was easily accessible and clean and in good condition. Only downside was booking a pool slot was not available after the 5:15-7:15 slot which isn't ideal if you are exploring the city for the day"

"Wonderful hotel in wonderful Copenhagen! Rooms were clean, spacious, bright, and climate controlled. Location was great, only a 15 minute walk from the train station and Tivoli. Staff was super helpful!!! If you want your room cleaned, let them know the night before. They will clean it after 3:00 pm. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and I hope to come back someday, to the hotel and Copenhagen"

"I stayed here for four nights during September. The location was ideal for access to the Central Train Station, Tivoli Gardens, the Tivoli Food Hall as well as many other amenities. I would recommend this hotel for short stays in Copenhagen. I look forward to staying here again."

"Stayed here for 2 nights with daughter. Wanted something cheap, clean and near the centre but not right on top of it. This fitted the bill. Very small room , which we knew before we went. Kind of like a ships cabin. Was very clean, modern, basic, beds comfortable, could open the long glass door onto the balcony for some fresh air. Had to ask for a hairdryer in the Commadore room if needed one. The gentleman we saw on check in (very early hours in the 23rd Sept) was so welcoming and friendly, I didn't get his name but I would like to make a special mention to him. Staff not so friendly when checking out, barely acknowledged us. I still think it's quite expensive for what you get, but it is one of the cheaper options in Copenhagen, unless you want to stay in a hostel. If you are not fussed about luxury, big rooms and just need a base then I would stay here again."

"This was unplanned 1 night due to flight cancellation. 12 sqm room is very well organized and doesn't feel that small. Right before I spent 5 nights in the same size hotel room in Amsterdam and this one is mush better."
