Even amidst a busy street, the hotel room was quiet. The balcony faced the sea, a lovely place to sit and enjoy the harbor. The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was delicious. The staff was welcoming, gracious and helpful. The only criticism is that the signage is lacking at street level. It was difficult to find the hotel. The parking is a bit inconvenient, but not terrible.

Very impressed with this Hotel.

Looks like the hotel has had a refurb, modern, smart looking, clean , spacious, nicely matched furniture in the bedroom. The rooftop pool and bar were still being updated, but will look great. Fan and aircon in room. Nice bathroom with all over / rainforest shower.

Lovely hotel in an excellent position overlooking the harbour and bay, all the staff were super friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and the food was delicious thank you
