"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was not at the level of the hotel. Limited menu was made smaller by unavailable choices. The Basque Chicken, which was supposed to be sous vide, was still frozen meaning they couldn’t serve it. Portions were exceptionally small even by European standards. Fries arrived cold but they quickly replaced them when this was pointed out. There were very few patrons in the restaurant which may reflect the quality and value of the food served."

"Only some of the rooms have air conditioning (for cooling). The layout in my room was a bit odd. Water from shower often makes it outside the shower. Hallways can be quite cramped. Free bike rental for the day is available. Try the green beans in the restaurant."
