“I love everything about this place but mostly how valued and appreciated customers are. The staff are very helpful, organized and communicates well with step by step instructions. Even when checked out I feel welcome and allowed me to stay a bit before heading to the bus station. The location is also convenient for walks and for shopping as well. This place deserves 10 stars”
“Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend”
