"Beautiful hotel, staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Entire hotel grounds were impeccable, rooms are well appointed with good amount of space."
"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"This is a great value hotel. Nice services. Room is more spacious and well-designed than other ones, something as simple as places to hang things. This hotel seems ample. It has space underneath the bed to store luggages. Plenty of outlets around the bed and table. Nice yukata and slippers provided. My only complaint is some areas are hot. Elevator and lobby are not quite well cooled. The restroom I used at the check-in was toasting hot. Elevator can be competitive near check out time. There is only one per building."
"A wonderful place to stay. Great for the business traveler. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, not to mention the variety of places to eat around the complex. It is located right across from the Shinagawa train station, and there’s even a Kuroneko shipping service that will send your luggage directly to your airport. "
"Lovely stay, more of a business area, away from the tourist madness. Yet close to everything. Many Metro & bus lines. 5 stops from HND. Steps from local bus to Roppongi. Loved the patio, the cute lounge, happy hour, coffee. Great staff, very helpful. Standard Rm size was fine for Tokyo. Nice view. We had a great time. Only local TV stations, it was like detox. We really enjoyed our stay."
