Hotel erst mit massiver Verzögerung die Antwort, da Besetzung nur im Rahmen Sportcenter Öffnungszeiten. Rufnummern von Expedia entweder nicht erreichbar oder Warteschleife/Abbruch. Nur KI Bearbeitung möglich, unsere Notaufnahme in der Klinik war aber um 19:00 Uhr. "Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Jedoch fehlte ein aufgeführter Grill um den wir uns selber kümmern sollten. Leider wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass der eingezäunte Ausblick auf eine Baustellenwüste fiel. Hätten wir Kenntnis über diesen Zustand gehabt, hätten wir auch nicht gebucht. So etwas ist unfair. Kommunikation oder Service war mangelhaft. "
