Decent and Quiet Hotel with local food around

good hotel in a quiet area whereby walking distance got decent food and coffee house. Went around Zhuhai via taxi which was easy to get and run via meter. Spoke mandarin and must have Chinese places of interest to show them.

Recommend

Executive Room is so big and comfortable. Bathtub is relaxing. I may book this hotel again. But it also should develop a massage centre. The location of hotel is far away from other massage centre. Anyway, the pier is nearby this hotel. Convenient for me to go back Hong Kong.

整體上還不錯

職員的服務態度很好..剛進房間放下行李沒多久就有打電話問對房間的滿意度和不足的地方..唯獨是房間wifi的問題有待改進..完全上不了網..

服務態度及房間評語-- 劣

在到達酒店前臺後, 前台服務員稱:沒有我的訂房記錄, 懷疑Hotels.com沒有傳真給她們, 但要求我即時自己致電去查證, 天啊, 前台服務員連基本代客查詢服務都沒有主動能力及酒店本身是否漏了都末清楚, 就叫客戶自行辦理, 我當然拒絕了前台服務員的要求並表示如果沒有訂房記錄就離開(退房啦), 該名服務員知道我要退房她便改說稍候一會兒, 等她去跟進, 於是我提出往外邊吃飯先, 回來再說, 約一小時後再回到酒店前臺, 前台服務員稱:房間入住手續辦妥可上房,我也沒有追問便上房, 另一問題又發生, 酒店安排了一間非常細少的房間, 洗手間門不能關, 空調嚴重不足, 致電前台的回覆, 原因是hotels.com所訂的房就是這類型, 超過400元一晚的房價是如此劣質, 是否值得大家去入住, 請認真考慮.

不應該是四星酒店

酒店大堂感覺不錯, 樓層的環境也舒適. 可惜客房的狀態不太好, 很多設備已經舊了. 洗手間不夠清潔,浴室的玻璃邊緣漏水, 洗澡後整個洗手間地下也是水. 沐浴露及洗髮水也是同一瓶, 沒有護髮素. 一張床只有一個枕頭, 只有中國茶包, 沒有咖啡. 服務員的態度不錯的.

Front desk was terrible

The hotel was very good, room was comfotable, location was close to every scene in the city, hotel's facilities were great. But the front desk was terrible, they hardly to find my conformation and no nothing about "hotel.com". Their attitude like I was an impudent guy looking for a wrong hotel. Fially I had to pay extra 10 RMB for their ignorance, which I should go online to proof my conformation of this hotel. The worst was they did not pay any regret for their fault at last.

No smoking!

We booked a no-smoking room but got one that smelled cigarette. The odor lingered on and on. The bathroom wasn't mopped or cleaned thoroughly at all.

Would not stay again. They did not have my reservation. They speak little to no English. Wifi was not available all the time. Location is not near much. Without the help of my daughter in states calling hotels.com we would have had to pay again for room. Look for other options.

Fair overall

Hotel rooms pretend to be modern, e.g. using glass panel to separate beds and shower room. However the curtain is installed on the side of the bed room and the user of the shower cannot control the curtain. The drain in the shower room is poor. The toilet door and shower room door cannot be closed tightly. Very embarrassing, isn't it. The breakfast is barely ok at CNY 38. No restaurant in the surrounding area. Stayed at the Eve of National Day. The room price was rather high. Overall not worth the price. .

酒店內設施正常

晚上十時從拱北閘口過關，所以晚上十時左右才到珠海。好處1. 由於巴士資料不多，所以決定以的士去。大概首三公里再加五公里左右路程，車程算快，所以酒店都算近。好處2. 酒店房間大，洗手間設計也對洗澡很方便，房內有很多抽屜可放行李及小雜物。壞處 1. 地毯上有之前住客用過的膠布，感覺很不衛生，但應該是個別事件。 壞處 2. 沒有巴士到達，如果想回拱北關閘要步行二十分鐘路程才找到巴士站，對於想便宜旅行的背包客不是太方便。

入住后体会报告

我是到珠海长隆海洋王国回来入住的，入住时才发现，原来该酒店离拱北或者离海洋王国都相当的远，坐的士都要20元，得花10分钟。完全不像网上介绍的那么近。这是我的第一后悔入住的原因。第二，入住后我们的房间空间小，一张双人大床已经占据大部分空间，没有wifi，加上窗外正是工地施工，噪声大，根本不敢开窗，要求换一间，被告知全部是这样设计。好处是有提供给iphone直接充电的插口。还有房间比较干净。第三，价格太高，原来优惠价是还没包含税费的，这是我极度不满的地方。酒店环境一般，税后价钱是400多，在当地随便都能找到一家比这家好的，无奈是怕五一假期房间难求才在这里订的房。总之不会再住第二次!

Receptionist had poor command in English. So for those who have zero knowledge in Chinese try not to get this hotel. Not really tourist-friendly. Malls were quite a distance. Overall they tried their bestest to accommodate to my requests thumbs up for the effort though. Rooms were amazing I had a quiet night.
