Did not have my booking

This hotel did not have my booking. They claim they do not use Hotels.com. They had availability, so I was able to stay anyway. The room had a lot of cockroaches. I won't stay here again.

OK low-cost hotel, bathroom could be cleaner

I am Canadian guy frequently travelling for business, english speaker with low Chinese speaking ability. I have many experiences to stay in low-cost hotels that provide a good place to sleep and have WiFi for working. The hotel is OK, room is OK. Room seemed clean, but bathroom was a little bit not clean - noticed some long dark hairs in shower area... I'm blonde ;) The elevator seemed a bit worrisome, as the door closes about 99% of the way and light from each floor was visible as I ascended to my floor. So, I tried to keep my elevator usage to a minimum. Nearby, walking distance, is a variety of shops, restaurants etc. As well, it is nearby Macao. I was going to stay here the following week with a friend, but decided against it and will take my chances elsewhere. Suitable for quick stay.

是不錯的酒店、有點舊。

酒店有點舊、但地點好、干净、近拱北關、櫃台服務員工態度好、很熱情及主動解答問題。

Not located as shown, made for hook-ups

The room was okay, quite large, normal toilet (not squatter). A WiFi device is offered free of charge to hook up to a wall outlet, which works fine. Room was not cleaned properly, esp. in the bathroom there were dirty/dusty spots. The Staff was friendly. The hotel is not located as shown on the hotels.com map. As of today, it is shown as being on Yuehai Road at the intersection with Guihua Road (where the Jiali Marriott is located). This is not correct, it is located on Yuehua Road, east of the Yingbin Road. The address shown in the details is correct. The location is convinient since it is close to the Gongbei border as well as the shopping streets around Yuehua Road and only a 15 Min walk from Bar Street. At night the neighborhood is shady, there are easy girls on the street looking for customers and rikshaw drivers will ask you if you are looking for a hook-up. So it figures that the hotel room sports a variety of condoms for those guests who are looking for that kind of company. If you do not mind these downsides, the hotel is adequate for the price tag and conveniently located.

酒店離口岸不是太遠，而且附近有美食街，十分方便。但毛巾等用品不是太整潔，而且部份設施，如電視，頗陳舊。

房間好差，里面基本設施都係爛

網上睇圖片都幾靚，諗住行多兩步遠少少酒店價錢差不多，酒店會靚少少。點知現實就中伏鳥，大堂辦理入住手續已經勁多蚊，比蚊咬到腫左，上到房間所有日常用品要付款，支持環保麻，一晚半晚無所謂啦。冷氣時冷時熱，毛巾感覺好骯髒，床單爛的，風筒折合式，打開吹風會掉分下來，廁所沖水差到無朋友，開大沖多次都仲響度，整體行遠左，服務無提升過仲差左，比我平常住開珠海酒店一樣價錢，地點又遠左。
