좋아요.
리셉션, 청소원, 헬스장, 수영장, 식당 등등 가는 곳마다 직원들이 친절합니다. 궁금한 사항과 문제들을 바로바로 해결해주었고, 어떤 수영장 남자 직원은 본인의 핸드폰까지 써서 고객센터에 연락할 수 있게 도와주었습니다. 마카오로 간다면 더 없이 좋은 장소라고 생각합니다.
단점: 밤9시쯤 저희 어머니가 주무시고 계시는데 문을 몇번 두드리더니 방에서 인기척이 없자 남자 청소직원이 청소를 하러 불쑥 들어온 일이 있었습니다. 호텔측의 어이없는 착오가 있었던 듯 합니다.
밤에도 청소를 하게 하는 호텔 시스템은 문제가 있습니다.
주변에 완자이 해산물 식당이 있는데 맛있고, 서커스 공연도 재밌습니다.

Lovely Christmas stay
St Regis never disappoints the travelers. This was our Christmas, we stayed for 2 nights. Room was beautiful and clean. Butler service was welcoming. Room tour was unexpected and certainly a bonus for our trip. The only comment was that the temperature had been very warm in our room and the thermostat did not seem to function properly.

Window was dirty. Some ocean view room can see Macau, some has tricky angle and can only allow you see ocean. Most staff has difficulty communicating in English. The facility itself as a whole was pleasant.
