"Terrible experience. Rude and unhelpful staff, endless rules, and unfair charges. We had to clean the apartment ourselves, throw out our garbage, and still pay €60 for cleaning. They demanded a €300 deposit, embarrassed us in front of guests over a partial tax payment, and the checkout employee even refused to help me carry my heavy suitcase despite my back condition. Zero hospitality, just stress. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Ok so the place looks to be great. Check in was no problem. The major problem was timing for our stay was during the low season so only grocery markets were opened nothing else no restaurants. We looked all over the island too. My opinion is if the person who checked us in knew this she should have warned us: Nothing is opened. "What an amazing place to stay! We had a nightmare with our flights and arrived a day later than expected. They upgraded us, gave us a bottle of wine and also only charged us for the time stayed. Place had so much to do for kids and it was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back, hopefully next year! Thank you for an amazing start to our holiday"

I understand it's not part of the property but the hotel should work with the city to put some lighting at night. It can get very sketchy coming back at night. If I'm ordering food in the outside area, don't make the customer go inside to pay, I'm paying a premium for this service. It's called dine in for a reason. The jacuzzi wasn't warm Everything else was great, breakfast was amazing, the pool and the room was spacious. "

"A tremendous place stay just on outskirts of town centre and 200 metres from the sea/ harbour. Lovely room with two balconies. Very helpful staff with great local knowledge; Jakop recommended three fantastic restaurants. But the best aspect was the superb breakfasts, just amazing with lovely home cooked cakes etc. Best we have experienced anywhere in Europe . Very good value for money."
