"Staff was fabulous. We were allowed to check in hours early with no fee, Properry location is an easy 10 min walk to Amsterdam Centraal. Room was clean and well maintained."

"Mostly great place, eco friendly and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower for some reason, the glass didn't reach far enough to block the water and the entire bathroom ends up soaked? Maybe we missed something. Otherwise great."

"The good: Breakfast was good, room was decent and close to the bus stop. It's an auto hostel so there's no check-in desk, but it was easy to self check-in from your phone. Location seems safe, building seems fairly new. The few issues: The shower unfortunately drained really slow, leaving you standing in a puddle by the end of a shower. I also found 2 strands of hair from someone else in blankets (long dark hair that wasn't mine) when I first checked in."

"I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were friendly and helpful and I had some good food, used the excellent gym, and even rented a bike to take advantage of the 10 minute cycle to the city centre via the ferry. Will re-visit."

"I had an upper pod. Mattress & bedding were superb. Best night’s sleep in 50 years. Quiet and comfortable. My only issue was getting in & out of the upper pod. There’s only 2 vertical handles about arms length apart and feels unsafe getting out. Dangerous when you’re using one arm, almost ripped it off on the first time. There’s definitely a higher risk & higher consequences for the less abled person."

"We liked our room very much, very quiet until Friday night when loud disco music from neighborhood’s dance party started shaking the window. We talked to the front desk. Was told that nothing could be done about. The loud music continued till 3 am. Very difficult to go to sleep! I wish the staff could have done something to address the problem."
