"The room in the bathroom were very clean, but small as our most hotel rooms in Italy. They bad was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel staff were outstanding. He welcomed us at the door and carried our luggage up the flight of steps for us he also gave us suggestions on where to go and what to see that we’re very helpful. The breakfast that came with the room was very good and included omelettes if you wanted it. The hotel is in a great location one block from the train station, but you could not hear the trains going by. I felt it was a great value and would recommend others to stay there. Eric T."

"The main building is a great location but the garden view jr suite was a nightmare! No one informed us it was a walk up hill then 52 steps to the room. Our 75 yr old mom was up there and it made for an exhausting trip for her. Also no instructions on how to open very difficult door locks and they were trapped in the room - major fire hazard! Definitely need better descriptions about where rooms are located and instruction on door locks."

"The hotel lobby vibe is very energetic and positive. The staffs are amazing and helpful. My room is on the first floor with no lift access and they help us to bring up to our room and carry it down for check out. I had an injury of my wrist and needed ice compression and they were very kind to give me the ice pack for free. However, room is slightly cramped for 2 30” luggages"

"Truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. The views from my room were unbelievable, offering breathtaking scenery that made my stay even more memorable. And we enjoyed a great breakfast with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"We spent two nights here during our stay in the CT. The staff was wonderful : very accommodating, friendly and hospitable! The restaurant located in the hotel is exceptional! Every meal we had there was beautifully plated, tasted amazing and very authentic. We even saw the chef rolling out the gnocchi in the afternoon for dinner service. The rooms are a little dated and need some updating, but the pool is beautiful and location is convenient to the train station. Definitely call for the shuttle, because climbing that hill in July was BRUTAL! That was our fault for trying it though! Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and the restaurant is really worth the trip alone!"

"The hotel is perfectly located just off the beach. It does not have the feel of a beach hotel but of a calm air-conditioned respite. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good, but needs more spark. The front patio fountain and many chairs created a warm atmosphere. The hotel seemed to have more vibrance than other Monterosso al mare lodging options. Perhaps the most essentially located and comfortable hotels in all of Cinque Terre."
