Walking distance to the train station. Great restaurants are just 15 min walk. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent, worth adding it as an extra. Our room was next to a building that was in the midst of renovation so a bit noisy early morning.

However, there was lots of dust on the wall above the bed, the lights in the badroom were not working and from 6.30am saturday morning there was a lot of noise coming from the back courtyard, like someone was emptying glass bins for half an hour.

The location is hard to beat. The hotel is about a block and a half from Zurich HB train station. The staff are very polite, all are always busy working but they remain attentive to guests. I found the breakfast buffet to be quite good. What I would change are the pillows which are not supportive, at all.

Easy check in and out, the room was good size and clean. Great location next to train station but also nice street. Soft bed. Walls were pretty thin, could hear guests on other side of wall. Hotel kindly prepared to-go breakfast for us on our early departure but it the meat smelled bad to us and we didn't eat it.
