Automatic check in did not work and I had no cell phone with me. Machine haad run out of cards. They should provide a direct line or buzzer at the terminal. No air condition and it was 30 degrees Celsius. Laundry machine did not work, Walked five times to the nearby office to get manager to come look, always coming in ten more minutes. Finally told him we were checking out and would be asking for a full refund. With that he returned with me and agreed it did not work. Wanted us to stay in the room we were in but use machine in another room. He did not want to give us the other room because he did not want to have to clean two rooms, but we had not slept in the other room, maybe used one hand towel. He finally relented and moved us to another room, two hours wasted after we had first moved in.
