Very easy to get to and easy to check-in. I only stayed for one night and wished I could have stayed longer. The hotel is on top of a grocery store which is very convenient.

Modern Comfort

Pros: -modern, clean, and spacious -tram stop a block away -grocery literally in the same building on the first floor which was very convenient -very quiet -laundry option on the same floor (at an additional cost of 3.50 swiss franc though) Con (not negative but perhaps needs an improvement) -the bed was not comfortable -no AC This area is a bit far from the center of Zurich. As long as you reserve knowing you might have to spend an extra hour (30 min each way) on daily travel, then it's a great place. I would stay here again.

Lots of good, very convenient to have Lidl on location, very spacious room, kitchen was nice, near tram stop, usb plugs at bed. The bad- no air conditioner, it was October and it was very hot, no fan or anything, no tissues or washcloths in bathroom, no shower seat or step for ladies to easily shave their legs, bed a bit firm, only one pillow, couch uncomfortable.

These are modern high tech apartments with good facilities and ideally located with two tram stops nearby (5-6 minutes walk). There is a LIDL supermarket literally downstairs for most shopping needs. The apartments are comfortable and have good space and the Comfort apartment is ideal for two people. We stayed 9 nights mostly for the Euros tournament and were supposed to be entitled to a weekly service. Despite e-mails being sent to the property team, no service was offered/arranged. We then needed to go and buy toilets rolls and bin bags which was not good. The final night/morning the hot water was not avaliable. Also the checkout time is quite early at 10.30 am. If anyone has a later flight from Zurich, they can wait in the reception area on level 2. Our only complain

Understand that it's a newly established facility, perhaps it's good for long stay which the guests would prepare all amenities by themselves. Otherwise won't recommend for short-term tourist guests - don't except a daily clean and replenish of amenities by the housekeeper and there is no frontdesk support during weekends. Overall will not return considering its distance from the central and limited service provided.

The apartment itself clean but since check in until check out no help. No reception available. Everything should communicate through whatsapp only and the answer with in the time only. Find lots of things help less. I would not recommend a family unless some one who is bachelor.

The property was very modern and clean but they didn't provide cleaning products to keep it clean so with the kitchen it got messy quickly. They also put across multiple websites that they had a spa which wasn't true. That was partly why I chose this apartment so it was massively disappointing. On the whole it was a nice stay but those things did let it down for me.

No indication for the parking Parking way too much expensive per night, 63 CHF per night, we had to park somewhere else to avoid those expensive costs Nobody to answer our questions when we tried to call their help call line. No email answers when I sent something to have help No answers on the phone No ustensils in the kitchen, so diffcult to use the kitchen The appartment was clean, was good but the service is very disappointing

There was no AC in the room and it was so hot. Since it was a self check in and no one is available in the loobby, you have to call every single time if you have any concerns. I requested if there’s a fan they can provide since it was really hot in the room, not comfortable that you can’t sleep. Unfortunately, they just advise to open the windows and we did but our room was located in front of a train railway so you can hear the trains passing by every 15-30mins. Also Iron is not available when requested.
