Lovely apartment in a pretty, peaceful part of Zurich with very easy access to public transport and within walking distance of a supermarket.

The accommodation was very good, an outside area, power shutters, all fine. An awkwardness was getti ng the i itial confirmation and necessary key codes. I didnt get these until the night before and on the day after tel calls to vision aplartmwntd- which were answered promptly. But i was panicking I dont know if this was vision appartments or hotels.com. Either way that wasn't satisfactory.

I liked the amenities and quality of products in the apartment. Almost everything that one could require, was provided for. However, the apartment had a weird smell, sort of unclean smell. The bath robes had the same smell. Didn't feel very clean.

Someone came to the property while we were inside asking to take photos, it was unacceptable, the day of check out at 9am a lady speaking German opened our door while my wife was showering and got into the apartment without our authorization, I requested to check out at noon and they were charging me $50 dollars for two ours. Too aggressive the host.

Es ist schön eingerichtet & sehr sauber! Das checkin war äusserst mühsam & ich musste einige Male anrufen & über 1h in der Kälte warten. Ich durfte auch nicht früher einchecken obwohl hier bestimmt nicht ausgebucht ist, ich habe nur 1 Person gesehen in 3 Tagen. In der Küche fehlt es an Spühltabs, ein Geschirrtuch & Putzlappen oder Swift zum Putzen. Was mich sehr überraschte wie kompliziert es war eine extra Nacht zu buchen - erst wollten sie nicht weder per Mail noch per Telefon & dann sollte ich neu buchen aber gleich 2 weil eine nicht gehe zu guter letzt kostete die 3. Nacht einiges mehr als die 2 davor aber gut - es ist bestimmt nicht empfehlenswert fürs Business alles so zu erschweren.für Gäste!

Zwei Sachen haben mich besonders gestört: 1. das Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss und man konnte nur 1 kleines Fenster öffnen. 2. es roch immer feucht und muffig. Sonstiges: spinnweben, Staub, der duschschlauch hat stark geronnen.

Bonjour, Appartement bien équipé dans sa globalité. Le gros hic a été l'impossibilité d'accéder à la WI-FI, ce qui a causé de gros désagréments quant à pouvoir honorer des rendez-vous. Les prises électriques au-dessus de l'evier et du lavabo ont aussi compliqué l'utilisation des appareils électriques.

angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber mit kalter Dusche

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, an ruhiger Wohnstrasse, nur wenige Fussminuten von der Tramhaltestelle "Brunaustrasse" entfernt. Das Gebäude macht einen gefälligen Eindruck. Der Zugang, inkl. vorangehendem telefonischen Check-In, hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Appartement war flächenmässig absolut ausreichend und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Für meinen Kurzaufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist modern, trotzdem weist das Appartement trotz allem auch schon einige Gebrauchsspuren (insbesondere an den Wänden) auf. Leider hat die Warmwasserversorgung während den vier Tagen nicht wie gewünscht funktioniert. An zwei von drei Morgen gab es kein warmes Wasser, sodass die Dusche sehr kalt ausfiel. Auch der Abwasch in der Küche funktionierte teilweise nur mit kaltem bis maximal lauwarmem Wasser.
